Thank you for visiting and shopping at Boss Components. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Boss Components ships to addresses worldwide some restrictions can occur internationally. If there is any issues with your order we will contact you to resolve the matter.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Boss Components ships DDP — Delivered Duty Paid. We prepay all customs duties, import taxes and tariffs before your order leaves Adelaide, so the price you pay at checkout is the final price and there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. If a carrier ever bills you for duty, tax or a clearance charge, email sales@bosscomponents.com.au with the paperwork and we will reimburse you in full. Damages and lost items
In the unlikely event your item is lost or damaged Boss Components will ensure you are not left out of pocket and your issues are resolved as soon as possible.
You will have the option to have a replacement sent free of charge, or the order refunded. If you have not received your order or it is damaged, please contact us at sales@bosscomponents.com.au
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for return shipment as we will require them for postage claim.

The grips are excellent. The Shadow 2 fits my hands much better than it did out of the box. The shipping didn't take nearly as long as I expected, and the grips fit perfectly with no modification. Amazing thumb safety for my 2011, what a day an night difference from the stock safety, clicks into place no wobble nor slight movement gonna be getting another for my 1911. Highly recommend
The basepads are awesome ,it added more weight on my mec gar magazine. I had to buy a new magwell with wide opening though but the basepads i really like it.
