Where to start
A sensible order is grips, then the reload, then the cycle. Grips change how the pistol indexes in your hand, which affects everything downstream of it. Then an extended magazine release and base pads, so the reload stops being the slow part of your stage. Then a tungsten guide rod if you want the muzzle to settle faster.
Flat or palm swell?
Flat grips suit smaller hands, or anyone who wants to get their support hand further around the frame. Palm swell fills the hand and gives a more repeatable index if the stock grip feels too thin. There is no better option, only the one that matches your hand — and it is worth trying a friend's before you commit.
Shared parts, and the ones that are not
The SP-01 and Shadow 2 share a good deal, which is why several parts here are listed for both. They are not identical, though, and the tungsten guide rod in particular is a different length between them.
