Drills to try
Draw to first shot: start with a par you make 9 times in 10, then cut 0.1 s.
Reloads: one par for the first shot, a second for the shot after the reload.
Transitions: two or three targets, one par each.
Dry fire only with an unloaded firearm, with all ammunition out of the room, in line with your club's rules and the law where you live.
Par timer questions
Does it detect my shots?
No. A par timer beeps to start and at your par times. For live fire you need a shot timer that listens for shots.
I cannot hear the beep on my phone.
Turn off silent mode and raise the volume. Browsers only play sound after you tap Start, so the first tap also unlocks audio.
How do I run a set of reps?
Tick Repeat for a set of reps, choose the number of reps and the rest between them, then tap Start once. The timer re-arms after each rest and keeps the screen awake until the set ends or you tap Stop.
