Boss Components is building a global team of competitive shooters. Whether you're a club-level competitor or a national-level contender, our Sponsored Shooter Programme gives you access to premium competition accessories, exclusive discounts, and the chance to represent a brand built by shooters, for shooters.

Boss Components manufactures CNC-machined competition accessories for CZ Shadow 2, 1911/2011, and Tanfoglio platforms. We sell into 21 countries and our products are used by competitive shooters at every level from local club matches to international championships. We're growing fast and we want shooters who love the sport to grow with us.
Programme Tiers
Ambassador Tier — Open to All Competitors
Our Ambassador Tier is open to any active IPSC, USPSA, IDPA, or 3-Gun competitor worldwide. No follower count required. No minimum skill level. If you compete regularly and are active in the shooting community, you qualify.
What you get:
- 20% personal discount on all Boss Components products
- Unique discount code for your network — they get 10% off, you earn 15% commission on every sale
- Early access to new products before public release
- Featured on our Team Boss page with your photo and bio
- Boss Components branded merchandise (hat, shooting towel)
What we ask:
- Use Boss Components accessories in competition
- 1-2 social media posts per month tagging @bosscomponents
- Share your honest experience in forums, groups, or conversations when people ask about gear
- Share your discount code with fellow competitors
Pro Shooter Tier — By Invitation or Application
For competitive shooters with a strong social media presence (2,000+ followers) or consistent podium results at regional/national level.
What you get (everything in Ambassador plus):
- Free Boss Components products for review and competition use
- 20% commission on sales through your code
- Co-branded content features on our blog and social channels
- Priority product development input — tell us what you need built
What we ask:
- Monthly content creation (video review, social post, or blog mention)
- Exclusive use of Boss Components accessories in your competition platform
- Match photos/videos featuring Boss Components products
Elite Shooter Tier — National/International Competitors
For shooters competing at national championship level and above. Full equipment sponsorship with Boss Components products.
What you get:
- Complete equipment sponsorship — full set of Boss Components accessories for your platform
- 25% commission on all sales through your code
- Dedicated product development collaboration
- Travel support for select major matches
- Featured athlete profile on our website and marketing materials
How to Apply
Send us an email at markjudd7@gmail.com with the subject line "Team Boss Application" and include:
- Your name and country
- Your primary competition platform (CZ Shadow 2, 1911/2011, Tanfoglio, other)
- Your division (Production, Standard, Open, etc.)
- Your competition experience (how long, what level)
- Your Instagram or social media handle
- A brief paragraph on why you want to join Team Boss
We review applications weekly and respond to everyone within 7 days.
Current Team Boss Members
We're currently recruiting our founding team. Be among the first 50 shooters to represent Boss Components globally. Early members get priority access to new products and the highest commission rates.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a minimum number of followers to join?
No. The Ambassador Tier is open to all active competitors regardless of social media following. We value genuine participation in the shooting community over follower counts.
Do I have to buy products to join?
Ambassador Tier members receive a 20% discount but purchase their own products. Pro Shooter and Elite Tier members receive free products as part of their sponsorship.
How does the commission system work?
You receive a unique discount code. When anyone uses your code, they get 10% off their order and you earn a commission (15% for Ambassadors, 20% for Pro, 25% for Elite) on the sale total. Commissions are paid monthly.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contracts for the Ambassador Tier. Pro and Elite Tiers have a simple 6-month agreement that either party can exit with 30 days notice. We want people who genuinely love the products, not people locked into obligations.
Can I join from any country?
Yes. Boss Components ships worldwide and we're actively building our team across every region where IPSC and USPSA are active. We currently sell into 21 countries and want team members in all of them.
