When you machine parts to the tolerances we do, a small percentage end up with finish imperfections that don't affect fit or function — wrong-colour anodising batches, light scratches from handling, minor machining marks. For shooters who care about performance over appearance, this collection delivers the same precision at a lower price than our first-quality range.
What "clearance" actually means
Every item in this collection functions identically to full-price stock. You may find:
- Minor scratches or coating blemishes that don't reach the bare metal
- Light machining marks on non-bearing surfaces
- Colour variants that fell outside our standard finish spec
- End-of-batch items where we've moved to a revised tolerance
These are cosmetic-only imperfections on parts built to the same tolerances as our standard range. The base pads still seat correctly. The magwells still funnel. The grips still grip. Same competition performance, lower price.

Division legality
Clearance parts retain the same IPSC and USPSA division compliance as their full-price counterparts. A clearance 2011 brass magwell is just as legal in USPSA Limited as the first-quality version. Check the product page for division-specific compliance notes.
