The item I want is out of stock, when will it be available?

Unfortunately there are times where we are simply unable to meet demand, if this is the case the best way to ensure you don't miss out is to sign up using our out of stock notifications on the product page. When the item is restocked we will send you an email right away. 

I'm having trouble installing my item, what should I do?

If you are having trouble installing any of our items or are unsure if it is correct please contact us so we are able to assist before potentially incorrectly installing or damaging the item. In some instances parts may require custom fitting. We always suggest the use of a competent gunsmith if this is necessary, please contact us if you have any questions before modifying parts. Modified or altered parts cannot be returned for refund.

Can I purchase your items in-store?

Boss Components is an online store only but we have numerous dealers worldwide who sell our items plus much more. Check out our retail stores here

Where are you based?

We are based in Adelaide, South Australia. 

Do you take custom orders?

On occasion we will undertake custom orders, if you have something specific you are after get in touch. 

Are you on social media?

Yes ! You can find links to our social media channels in the menu above or search Boss Components. Tag us in your posts. 

I'm a photographer/videographer, are you interested in working with me?

Shipping and delivery

How much is domestic shipping?

We wanted to make it easy, so we have two options for shipping within Australia:
  • FREE standard shipping | 3 - 7 business days 
  • $5 Express Shipping | 1 - 3 business days 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally ! To get an exact postage quote by simply adding your items to cart and then using the postage calculator at the checkout. For customers based in Europe, United States or Canada. Check out our retailers page in the main menu. 

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 

Please note orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?

Yes we are able to ship to P.O boxes, the excpetion to this is when ordering 1,000 or 2,900 qty of projectiles. These orders require a residential address for delivery.


What payment options do I have?

We currently offer mulltiple ways to pay using a credit/debit card or with paypal directly. If these are unsuitable please contact us for alternate methods. 

Can I pay using my local currency?

Yes, your currency will be converted at cart according to the market rate. You can shop in your local currency using the converter in the bottom left corner of the website. 

Will I get charged import duties or taxes?

This is dependant on where you are located and the local laws regarding international purchases. If you are unsure please contact your local authorities for more information.

Please note Boss Components is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

What if i need a refund?

In the unlikely event a refund is required we will process the refund directly back to whatever payment method was used for order. 


Can I change or cancel my order ?

If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us via email at sales@bosscomponents.com.au as soon as possible.

I ordered the wrong item?

If you have ordered the wrong item please get in touch with us via email. If we have a suitable replacement part we can exchange the item, alternatively we will refund the order upon the parts being returned. 

What happens if my order is lost or arrives damaged ?

In the unlikely event your item is lost or damaged Boss Components will ensure you are not left out of pocket and your issues are resolved as soon as possible. 

You will have the option to have a replacement order sent free of charge or the can be order refunded. We will handle any claims required and your replacement order or refund will not be delayed if this is required.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for return shipment as we will require them for postage claim.

What happens after I have placed my order?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice attached. This is followed up with another email containing your tracking information and confirming your orders dispatch.
